Here you can find the same images taken with the original Zeiss lens at telephoto position F 5:6 and the Fujinon Betacam 16X pro lens B4 mount.(not a broadcast lens but an honest one with some aspherical lenses inside)

Of course a black and white pattern shows the C.A. defect a lot of more but I prefer to show a real word situation instead an aseptic test pattern...

C.A. can be a very big problem if you want to do Blue or Green back shots, as well as in color correction and color substitution.

From the point of view of the resolution there are no big differences, but Zeiss lens soffer of a lot of Chromatic aberrations giving the frame a colour blurred sensation opposite tio the crystal image of the fujinon lens...

I have selected some parts of the image and size doubled to show the C.A and LCA of the lens. (at wide the Zeiss works a lot of better then telephoto)
